Now Hiring: Behavior Technician
The Behavior Technician will provide direct teaching and behavioral support to individuals with unique learning needs and will work 1:1 with a child with special needs under the close supervision and guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in a center-based setting.
Do you have experience in a field of study related to human services and/or have experience working with children with disabilities? A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Education, Psychology, or Associate’s Degree in a related field is preferred. GED or high school diploma required.
This is an entry level position where paid training is provided on-site prior to working 1:1 with the children on your team. This position requires a positive and enthusiastic personality.
St. Gerard House offers a positive working environment and paid time off. SGH provides the training for the Registered Behavior Technician Certification.
