Ayana joins SGH as our Grotto 1 and 1.5 Program Manager. Ayana comes to SGH with a background in Psychology, having earned her undergraduate degree from East Carolina University. With a passion for helping others and a strong foundation in behavioral therapy, Ayana became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in 2023. Ayana brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys an active lifestyle, spending time outdoors hiking, watching or playing sports, and engaging in her love for painting. Ayana also enjoys reading and listening to podcasts, and cherishes time spent with her dog and close friends.
